"Extremely disappointed with the service from this agent's office. Couldn't renew auto registration online because the insurance information was not present. Called into the office - got the very bare minimum of service. Information was emailed to the county but nothing showed up and was still not able to renew online. County said they hadn't received it, but on calling back to the office they told me if the county office doesn't hear anything from anyone by the next day they delete it. Or not, person I was talking to wasn't sure. I wasn't informed of this shadow time limit, nor did State Farm follow up with me, other than to send me a copy of the same thing I could log into the site and print/download for myself. I still don't know why my information was not present. But I didn't get my coverage cards either this time, so perhaps that had something to do with it. The reason I went with a brick and mortar agent rather than one of the online aggregators was that I mistakenly assumed there would be a higher level of service from a local agent. I was obviously wrong in this. Switching agents for now and will certainly revisit my current status with State Farm as well."
